For a long time I have wondered about ‘jumping on the bandwagon’ of writing a blog.
I am not particularly gifted in the writing department. However, I do feel I have information that will be useful to others. I’m a physiotherapist and a triathlete. I work within the National Health Service (NHS) public sector, and within the private sector doing my own work on evenings and weekends. On top of this I compete in triathlons. I train with Cambridge Triathlon Club and Cambridge & Coleridge Athletics Club (they have both welcomed me since I moved down from Birmingham to Cambridge last August).
So there’s plenty to talk about…
I see so many blogs that are just diaries of training, that aren’t interactive, that aren’t inspiring. So I don’t want mine to be like that. I’d like to engage with you, empower my audience, and encourage people to read around subjects they may be new to. I am by no means an expert on everything, & please educate me if you feel I need it! For this is how we learn and develop, and how we become better at what we do. For me, by reflecting more, I hope it will give more weight & evidence behind the techniques I advise others to do.
I have written some suggested topics below. Let me know what you’d like first and I’ll get onto it…
